Position: Sales/Estimator

Location: Rockwall, Texas

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in our showroom and travel locally to customers' homes to understand their remodeling needs.
• Conduct thorough measurements and assessments to accurately bid on projects.
• Educate customers on different materials, installation methods, and design options.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to project completion.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain high integrity in representing our family-owned business.

Requirements:

• Experience in residential and commercial remodeling, particularly in flooring, bathroom, and kitchen remodels.
• Knowledge of different materials, installation methods, and design trends.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Drive to increase profit and sales through effective communication and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
