PK Companies is Hiring a Leasing Agent Near Branson, MO
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our growing team! You will handle all leasing, resident activities and marketing. Work closely with the community managers to better serve our residents.
$14 base pay, plus commission! Opportunities to average upwards of $21 an hour.
Full Time. Full benefits. Paid time Off!
Responsibilities
- Market our fast growing Apartment Homes.
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Facilitate lease signings
- Host open houses and other community events
- Up hold community policies and procedures
- Verify and approve all prospective applicants following all fair housing laws
- Up keep of the community grounds and apartment interior
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields a plus
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases a plus
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be willing to work some Saturdays.
