PJ's Fabricating, Inc is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a hard-working individual to fill a Powder Coat Laborer position in our manufacturing company. You must be able to pass drug screening, undergo a pre-employment background check, and be able to withstand working in a constantly busy environment.

Summary/Objective:

The Powder Coating Line Team Member is responsible for the loading and unloading of materials from the powder coating line. They are responsible for ensuring quality parts and complete orders are packaged according to customer specifications.

Essential Functions:

• Load and unload material from the powder coating line including but not limited to posts, rails, large parts, garage door sections, small parts, and or any other materials the company requires.
• Hang materials using proper methods.
• Unload line using proper techniques i.e. (Foam under parts between cardboard and parts, interweaving packaging paper between parts, bagging parts, etc.)
• Check parts for defects and put them aside in the designated quarantine area specified by the team leader.
• Use safety and precaution while working.
• Clean up the area before the end of the day.

Schedule.

• 10-hour shift Monday - Thursday, (5:00 AM-3:30 PM) position available with a 1/2 hr. lunch break and two 10 minute paid breaks.
