The PJ's Coffee Mobile & Baldwin County Franchise group is looking for an experienced store manager to join our team as we expand and grow in the market!

Compensation:

Incentive Based Bonus (Gross Profit Sharing)

Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least 3 years of FOH operations and/or other management positions.

-Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.

-Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (5-8 hours generally)

-Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

-Must have the stamina to work 40-50 hours per week.

-Willing to train at a separate PJ's Coffee location for 1-2 weeks prior to managing own location.

-Must pass background & drug test

Certifications

-Serv Safe (Food Safety Manager) Certification is mandatory.

Will be required to complete the following upon hire.

- PJs Coffee Strategic Management Training

- The C.O.R.E. Management 101, 102, Advanced Management

Key Responsibilities:

oUnderstand completely all company policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

oEnsure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.

oRespond to & resolve customer complaints accordingly - Coordinate with Regional Manager of customer conflict resolutions.

oEnsure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to the stores recipe and par level standards.

oEnsure that all drinks are made correctly and according to PJs Brand Standards.

oAchieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.

oEnsure Management team is maintaining a positive and fun work environment.

oEnsure labor percentage standard (set by Regional Manager) is being met.

oEnsure sales goals (set by Regional Manager) are being met.

oEnsure the proper appearance & cleanliness of facility standards are being met.

oControl cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.

oEnsure cash drawers are being properly opened, closed, and reconciled.

oComplete daily cash deposits & properly record by standard set forth by Regional Manager

oFill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

oEnsure that all new employees are trained according to the companys training guidelines - HIRING is NOT an expectation of this position.

oEnsure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following PJs preventative maintenance programs.

oOversee & coordinate all equipment repairs and maintenance

oFully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the store, employees, and guests.

oEnsure the passing of regular Health Inspection by local health department and ensure health codes are being followed.

oPrepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner

oComplete employee scheduling.

Recruit, Hire, & train a high performing team.

oCoordinate inventory control and ordering.

oEnsure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the stores receiving policies and procedures.

oConduct monthly inventory count. This will be conducted outside of business hours.

• o Assist with carrying out store marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns as set forth by upper management.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $23.00/hour.
