Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and progress reports
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety regulations on the job site
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera for project tracking and communication

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Proficiency in budgeting and cost control measures within construction projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
