We are looking for responsible and customer service oriented Restaurant Staff to provide outstanding customer service in a restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a restaurant, enjoy working with others, and be willing to learn new tasks and responsibilities. Our Restaurant Staff are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers in a timely manner.
- Handle complaints.
- Accurately record orders.
- Deliver hot food to customer's tables.
- Respond to the customer's needs.
- Answer and resolve questions and concerns.
- Keep the dining room clean and tidy.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.90 per hour
