PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a PizzaCake Counter Associate Cashier, your role is to ensure a positive customer experience by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members.

REPORTS TO: General Manager, Assistant Managers

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrive to work promptly and in full uniform on your scheduled days to work
• Make sure customers are being taken care of and the store looks great at all times
• Ensure that product being sold is fresh and presentable
• Be an expert in our products and be able to explain them to customers
• Follow our cash handling procedures when using the POS to process customer orders
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
• Cleaning should be done at the end of your shift and when the storefront is slow
• Maintain open communication with your supervisor and coworkers regarding any issues that may arise
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in a similar customer focused work environment is preferred
• Ability to work well in a busy environment
• High energy and engaging personality
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time (8 hours a day)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (according to customer demand)
• Must be 21 years or older
