Host Needed – Part-time or Full-time

We're in search of a personable host to ensure a smooth and delightful guest experience from start to finish.

Where to Apply: Please apply in person at Pizza Rio, 140 Showplace Blvd., Pigeon Forge, TN. We’re accepting applicants from Tuesday to Saturday, between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

Your Role:

• Offer a warm welcome to guests, guiding them to their tables and providing a brief overview of our dining experience.
• Efficiently manage reservations and waitlists in our reservation system, ensuring a smooth flow of guests.
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism and an uplifting attitude, assisting callers with queries, reservations, or directions.
• Contribute to event setup and coordination, helping to ensure that all private events run smoothly.
• Maintain our high standards of cleanliness and presentation, including keeping the menus, lobby, and host stand tidy and presentable throughout each shift.
• Engage in various other tasks as needed, supporting our team to provide exceptional service.

We’re Looking For:

• Friendly individuals with a knack for making guests feel at home. Previous hosting or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communicators who can keep their cool in a busy environment.
• Team members who can multitask and adapt, particularly during our bustling evenings and weekends.
• Candidates who are comfortable staying on their feet throughout the shift.
