Management roles at Pizza Patrón are different from other restaurants:

• Our Management Team leads the crew members from a “100 % hands on” position within the kitchen area of the restaurant.
• Management does not have offices, so it lends itself to being with guests and crew members at ALL times.
• This allows our Managers to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction and service.
• In Store Pick-up philosophy relieves you from the stress that delivery often brings and help ensure the highest quality pizza presentation.
• A healthy work/life balance.
• Requires interpersonal and leadership skills, combined with boundless enthusiasm.
• We don’t have delivery drivers and make all pizza to order.
• Our managers must have an eye for “consistent” food quality and a clean, spotless, restaurant.

Responsibilities will include not limited to:

• Pre-shift meetings and setting expectations
• Monthly inventory and Team Meetings
• Actively finding and growing a strong team
• Training, motivating, and working with your team
• Displaying a “guest comes first” attitude by training and holding team members accountable for delivering first-class guest service
