PIZZA PATRON is Hiring a Loyalty Manager Near San Antonio, TX

Loyalty Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Loyalty Program Manager who will be responsible for developing the strategy and overseeing the execution of our loyalty program. As a member of our marketing team, you will have a crucial role in driving guest engagement, retention, loyalty and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, a strong background in lifecycle marketing, process design, analytics, and a passion for pizza.

Position / Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the execution of our email, SMS and loyalty strategy
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize email and SMS campaigns
  • Refine guests segmentation strategies based on metrics and personalize messaging
  • Drive Email & SMS Innovation to achieve high open and click-through rates
  • Utilize data-drive insights to optimize campaigns and monitor KPIs for maximum ROI
  • Manage reporting and ongoing analyses to grow SMS channel revenue and other KPIs
  • Collaborate with other departments such NRO, Training and Recruiting
  • Establishing a feedback loop to optimize results (images, copy, CTAs)

Marketing Support Responsibilities:

  • Assist with executing marketing objectives, strategies, promotions, and annual plans for products and LTOs.
  • Support the Director of Marketing to manage the launch calendar, budget, and forecasts.
  • Participate in ideation sessions for new product development.
  • Create training materials and promotion/product launch materials.
  • Manage the development and implementation of the launch kit for all new promotions and LTO launches, working hand-in-hand with Marketing and NRO teams.
  • Monitor performance measurements to ensure sales objectives are accomplished.

Qualifications, Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in loyalty marketing, with a track record of leading lifecycle campaigns (preferably in the restaurant industry)
  • Proficient in CRM platforms with multi-channel and multi-touch campaigns
  • A KPI mindset, with the ability to stage work with a business impact approach
  • Experience in data analysis using MS Excel to gain meaningful insights
  • High enthusiasm paired with a “can do” mindset regardless of the task and the determination to face any challenge.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and exploring industry trends and emerging technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
