Come join our dynamic environment where you will play a central role in supporting our field teams and helping to deliver world class service to our customers. Using your communication skills and superior organizational abilities you will coordinate the pulse of the day-to-day operations of our Indoor Air Quality, Service, Maintenance and Installation teams. This role involves logistics, accounting, scheduling, superior customer service skills and knowing how to have fun even when it gets tough.
Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 4:30pm with some overtime.
Pay Scale: $17.00-$20.00/hr DOE
Qualification Requirements:
2 years dispatching and/or scheduling experience. Prior experience scheduling or logistics in trades industry a plus, but not needed
Advanced Verbal and written communication skills
Phone skills
Laser tight attention to detail
Able to multi-function and change priorities on the fly
Able to navigate through and use purchasing software and follow a PO process
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
Excellent customer relation skills
Ability to read a map
Ability to use computer software (Microsoft, QuickBooks, etc)
Detail oriented, organized, results driven individual
