Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our team. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our establishment. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the establishment - Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times - Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures - Supervise and train staff members on food production, service standards, and safety protocols - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability - Assist in scheduling and managing shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels - Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner Qualifications: - Previous experience in the restaurant or hotel industry is preferred - Strong knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and food production - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team - Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
