Pizza Factory Ocean Shores is looking for people from all backgrounds and experiences who are willing to learn, grow, and provide great customer service. Team members are trained across the restaurant, and we need people to serve as cashiers, drivers, pizza makers, dishwashers, overall food preparers and cooks. Experience in any of these areas is a wonderful plus! In addition to your hourly wage, we share in a tip pool for ALL roles, typically adding $3 to 5 dollars per hour every pay period.

Responsibilities include:

* Complete all required training to work across Pizza Factory operations, including food preparation, cashier, delivery, dishwashing, and general restaurant cleanliness.

* Treat every customer and fellow employee with respect, dignity and kindness.

* Greet every guest and customer with a consistent, friendly welcome, helping ensure every customer has an awesome experience with us.

* Take orders and serve as cashier, following all processes to operate point of sale devices, receipts and related guidelines.

* Prepare and cook menu items, adhering to all food safety procedures, sanitary regulations and Pizza Factory food preparation guidelines.

* Show up on time and ready to work when scheduled. Follow uniform and hygiene guidelines.

* Obtain and keep active a Food Handlers Card and a MAST Alcohol Server Permit.

* Help other team members as needed.

Pay: $16.28 - $18.00 per hour
