Pixster Photo Booths is Hiring a Creative Director (Graphic Designer / Brand Strategist / Website Manager) Near San Diego, CA

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized, jack of all trades who has an understanding of small business, big picture brand and design, website maintenance, customer service, and directional vision.

The Creative Director will work closely with our Vice President to ensure a seamless customer experience and our CEO to ensure website and brand cohesion.

Responsibilities:

-Assisting clients in designing photo prints, backdrops, and collaborating with our production team on other design needs.

-Working out of sales people's inboxes to answer client design needs in a seamless way

-Working with our CEO on web design, SEO and R&D projects

-Ideation, future thinking and execution on brand concepts and direction

Requirements:

-Bachelor's Degree from a 4 yr college or university or equivalent experience.

-2 years of design or similar experience.

-Proficient in Adobe suite is a must.

-Familiarity with Wix

-Exceptional problem solving skills.

-Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing ability.

-Superior verbal, written and listening communication skills.

-Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

-Ability to work independently with little supervision.

-Tech savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); and ability to learn required business systems.

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

-Strong writing proficiency

-Do whatever it takes to make things happen.

Compensation:

  • Salary of $70,000-80,000
