As our Senior ERP Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our ERP System (Kinetic, formally Epicor) and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Finance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Operations, Software Development, IT, Sales, and external partners to facilitate execution of ERP solution strategies and maintain platform vitality
  • Support ERP project management, and activities such as scope definition, requirements gathering, technical solution design, development activities (coding, configuration), testing, and documentation
  • Identify and resolve gaps between business processes and ERP
  • Configures aspects of Epicor to increase operational efficiencies for end-users, and enable rapid decision-making in the organization, through data analytics
  • Leverage technical tools within Epicor such as BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, Trackers, Application Studio and SSRS to help streamline the software according to business needs
  • Develop end-to-end test plans and test scripts, and prepare test data consistent with business goals and objectives
  • Technical writing, including User Guides and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for end users
  • Provide ERP training to subject matter experts (SMEs) and end users
  • Investigate and resolve issues/defects with internal resources and Epicor Support (EpicCare)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 7 years of experience in an ERP business system analyst role
  • 5 years of experience with ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment
  • 3 years configuring and customizing ERP Systems
  • Experience in functional areas within ERP, including sales order processing, purchasing, inventory, jobs, shipping and logistics, receiving, and finance
  • Experience in ERP integrations with PLM, PDM, and MES
  • Strong understanding of production concepts such as: quality assurance, rework, scrap, backflush, routings, and how they affect an ERP application
  • Proficiency with .Net application development (C#, Entity Framework)
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience in Aerospace Industry
  • Experience with other Enterprise Products such as QMS and CRM
  • Experience with Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE (CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA)
