Pivotal Health is partnering with Prevea Health in Northeast Wisconsin to deliver convenient, top-quality physical and mental healthcare for consumers when and where they need it. Consumers can schedule a house call using the Pivotal Health mobile application for their urgent/emergency/immediate care needs and a nurse practitioner from Pivotal Health will provide care in the comfort of their home, office, or other location of need. Pivotal Health is looking for experienced nurse practitioners (NPs) to join our growing clinical team serving Northeast Wisconsin including Oshkosh, and Fond du Lac.
As the face of the company to our patients, our providers strive to provide quality care that is friendly, compassionate, and convenient. NPs will travel to patients’ homes and provide comprehensive health assessments, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management. They will perform point-of-care testing including blood draws for labs as well as minor procedures such as splinting, wound care, and suturing. They will also administer IV fluids and medications and facilitate follow-up care with primary care or specialist providers.
In this part-time position, NPs work between one and three 10-hour shifts per week.
