```Duties:```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Design and implement modifications to improve equipment performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

```Requirements:```
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience as a mechanic or technician preferred
- Ability to design and maintain plumbing systems
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems is beneficial
- Ability to perform equipment repairs efficiently and effectively
