Accounts Payable Asst.

Position Description : As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you'll report directly to the Accounts Payable Manager, you'll ensure seamless processing of invoices and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with project managers and authorized purchasers to secure invoice approvals promptly.
• Manage document intake, scanning, verification, and storage with meticulous attention to detail.
• Review and edit documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents for internal and external stakeholders.
• Regulate the flow of documents in and out of the department, optimizing efficiency.
• Update and maintain vendor files on an annual basis.
• Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies in vendor accounts and monthly statements.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the Accounts Payable department.

Education :

High school diploma required. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles, procedures, and standards.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
