Pivot Path Solutions is currently seeking a talented Senior Management Consultant for Military Treatment Facility Division (MTFD) to join us to support a DoD customer. Job Summary:The Senior Management Consultant for the Military Treatment Facility Division (MTFD) will play a critical role in providing strategic consulting services to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of healthcare delivery within military treatment facilities. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare systems, military protocols, and management consulting practices. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement changes that align with the mission and goals of the MTFD. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
Lead and conduct comprehensive assessments of current MTF operations, identifying areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize healthcare delivery, resource utilization, and patient outcomes
Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making
Project Management:
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including medical, administrative, and support staff, to achieve project objectives
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and ensure project success
Change Management:
Develop and execute change management strategies to support the implementation of new processes and systems
Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure staff are well-prepared for transitions
Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including military leadership, healthcare providers, and external partners
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to align goals and expectations
Represent the MTFD in meetings, conferences, and public forums as needed
Performance Improvement:
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of MTF operations
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, safety, and satisfaction
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with military and healthcare regulations and standards
Research and Innovation:
Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in healthcare management and military health services
Lead research initiatives to explore innovative solutions and emerging opportunities for the MTFD
Prepare and present research findings and proposals to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline is preferred
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, consulting, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. Prior experience working with military healthcare systems is highly desirable

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required by the position
