Responsibilities

• Prepare and scan various documents, including HR and medical personnel files, for electronic retention purpose
• Secure documents in designated storage space to ensure confidentiality
• Utilize scanners to ensure optimal performance and proper resolution of documents
• Organize file paperwork to be scanned in proper format
• Properly dispose of scanned materials
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Command of the English language to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Considerable degree of accuracy
• Problem solving ability is essential
• Must be competent and proficient in Microsoft Office Software products
• Must possess strong typing and ten key skills
