Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing food, and serving customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning spills.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
- Assist with food preparation and handling, including cooking, assembling, and packaging food items.
- Use basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Help with kitchen duties such as dishwashing, food storage, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and willingness to follow all guidelines.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
