- Evaluate customers’ vehicle needs.
- Master products and services.
- Perform automotive preventative maintenance, such as changing oil, checking and refilling other fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting lights and windshield wipers.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Entering customer information in our POS program.
- Performing vehicle inspections.
- Processing customer payments.
- Have a valid Texas driver’s license.
- Have a valid vehicle inspection license or be able to pass a DPS background check to qualify for one. Our company pays for the testing, and we also provide all the study materials for free.
- Be friendly, punctual, and eager to learn and follow directions.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds so that you can move products as needed.
- Have full mobility and be able to work with both hands above your head.
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs and ladders.
- Previous automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Base pay of 14 to 15 dollars an hour depending on experience.
- Sales commission for filters and services.
- 40-hour work weeks with a chance for a few hours of overtime, if needed.
- First-shift hours with no late evenings.
- Paid vacation after one year.
- Paid holiday time after six months of service.
