Orlando Dinner Entertainment is seeking a highly-motivated and dedicated Guest Services Reservation Agent with exceptional customer service skills to assist in booking our popular shows; Pirates Dinner Adventure, Teatro Martini, Country Nights Live, and Jewel.

As a Guest Services Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our resellers and clients, managing pre-purchased tickets, and promoting upgraded packages. This role offers a commission structure for successful sales of upgraded packages at an hourly rate.

In-Bound Call Handling:

● Manage a high volume of inbound calls from resellers.

● Assist resellers in booking and confirming reservations for Orlando Dinner Entertainment

events.

● Provide accurate information regarding show schedules, seating options, and package

details.

Customer Service:

● Deliver exceptional customer service to resellers, ensuring a positive experience. ● Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers through effective communication.

Sales and Upselling:

● Utilize sales skills to promote and upsell upgraded packages to resellers/guests. ● Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

● Provide detailed information on the benefits and features of upgraded packages.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

● Accurately record and document customer information, reservations, and sales

transactions.

● Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all interactions with resellers.

● Work closely with other departments, including the sales and marketing teams, to ensure

a seamless customer experience.

● Communicate effectively with colleagues to share insights, feedback, and best practices.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

● Follow company policies and procedures in handling reservations, sales, and customer

interactions.

● Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and relevant company information.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a reservations or sales

capacity.

● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Strong sales and upselling abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. ● Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.

● Familiarity with the Orlando entertainment and tourism industry is a plus. ● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.

● Proficient in using reservation and CRM systems.

● Compensation: Competitive base salary with a commission structure for successful

upselling.
