Immediate openings for grounds keeping help. We are looking for someone who will be able to help keep the facility neat, tidy and aesthetically appealing.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Mow sites and common areas, prune bushes and trees, edge areas, etc.

• Keep areas free of debris and trash and assist in trash pick-up

• Collaborate with general maintenance to ensure facilities are properly cared for

Desired qualifications include:

• Ability to operate various landscaping equipment and tools

• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions including heat

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to start work as early as 7:00am and work weekends and holidays

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
