Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate, experienced, and licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our growing team. As a Mental Health Counselor at PiQWell, you will provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions through our innovative online platform. You will play a key role in helping our clients navigate their mental health journeys, providing them with the tools and support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Utilize our personality-based matching system to ensure clients are connected with the best therapist for their specific situation.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records, adhering to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and participate in regular team meetings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure to practice as a mental health counselor in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology for remote counseling sessions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
