Pipp Mobile Storage Systems Inc is Hiring a Production Assembler Near Itasca, IL
Production Assembly - IRSG, a division of Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, is looking for reliable individuals to join our Production Assembly team. The Production Assembly Associate position is responsible for assembling and packaging company products to customer specification and ensuring the products meet company quality standards.
This is a first shift position, working 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday and some Saturdays. Our employees enjoy a generous benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, flex spending, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and 401K.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans assembly procedures, following specifications.
- Using hand tools or small machinery, drills, taps, reams, bolts, screws or rivets to process product.
- Tests or assists in testing operation of completed product.
- Lifts work piece manually or using hoist and secures work piece in fixture or loads automatic feeding device.
- Inspects and measures machined work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School degree or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Must possess a positive work ethic.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
