Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Contracts Principal to support a large, long-term military program in El Segundo, CA. This position requires a TS/SCI and the work is fully on-site.
TS/SCI REQUIRED
Responsibilities of the Contract Principal:
•Review contractual documents, ensure adherence to policies
•Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, terms and conditions
•Represent the organization as a prime contact
•Support complex contract efforts including negotiations, solutions, cost/price analysis
•Prepare proposals, task orders for FFP, CR, T&M, FFP, and more
Requirements for the Contracts Principal:
•Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (MBA preferred)
• Active TS/SCI clearance
•10 years of experience in contracts administration
•Strong knowledge of policies, regulations, and laws including FAR, DFAR, etc.
•Strong negotiation and communication skills
•Experience in risk management
•Strong writing and critical thinking skills
Compensation for the Contracts Principal:
•$150,000-$170,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
