Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team. As the Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our shop, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:
- Receive material lists for field personnel, pull material from stock or order from local supply houses and schedule delivery to the jobsite.
- Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring that work is completed on time and according to specifications
- Monitor workflow and productivity to maximize efficiency and meet delivery targets
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and materials to ensure they are in good working condition
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical training is a plus
- Proven experience as a Shop Supervisor or similar role in a construction or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment, tools, and materials
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and vendors
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
