Bring your technical expertise and creativity to work for an Emmy-winning public broadcasting station! Pioneer PBS has a great opportunity for an immediate opening as a Videographer and Editor for TV, the web, social platforms, and other distribution systems. This position will shoot and edit video while working independently specifically on Pioneer’s Legislative Citizen Commission on Minnesota Resources (LCCMR) grant and it’s Prairie Sportsman production. This position works with program producers, videographers, underwriting representatives, and others to prepare content distribution and to advance Pioneer’s mission through the LCCMR funded productions. This position requires someone able to multi-task in a fast-paid environment and be willing to flexibly maintain a work schedule that succeeds in meeting Pioneer’s needs and production deadlines. Pioneer PBS employees are talented, passionate, and dedicated citizens who love sharing the story of small towns and farming communities in the region. They operate out of a state-of-the-art facility located in Granite Falls, MN where they embrace changing technology, creativity, and humor. Preferred qualifications include a BA in Journalism, Production or Mass/Comm or 5 years of related experience.
