Maintain clear communication channels to manage scheduling effectively and meet client expectations.

Dispatch technicians according to skill level and client needs.
Make scheduling decisions considering various factors such as time, distance, skill levels, and job priority.
Maintain constant communication with technicians to ensure punctuality for every call.
Notify clients of approximate technician arrival times and any potential delays.
Update service tickets accurately and promptly.
Manage incoming and outbound calls efficiently.
Identify and assess customer needs to provide satisfactory solutions.
Maintain a calm demeanor and perform well under pressure.
Demonstrate effective communication with diverse personality types.
Uphold a strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Foster a team player attitude within the dispatching team.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
