Duration : 11 months contract, extendable up to 36 months

Location : Sanford, NC

Training Specialist

Summary :

Seeking a Training Specialist to develop training assignment profiles for various roles and levels in the organization.

Responsibilities :

Collaborates with Production Management, Training Department, and Database Administrators to categorize, prioritize, and consolidate training curricula for the manufacturing department

Supports customization, configuration and implementation of training profiles

Develops automation capabilities for training assignments and change requests using site-approved digital tools. Adheres to GMP guidelines and change control management processes.

Formatting MS Excel spreadsheets to organize data for discussions

Keeping notes of changes to be made

Submitting Training Requests and tracking completion of the curricula changes

Scheduling meetings

Creating electronic forms as needed

Creating a method to track Training Requests to ensure implemented

Developing a Training Plan document for department

Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor's degree with survey, excel, training and learning management system experience

Soft skills : Team player, Work Independently, Communication : Written / Verbal

Previous experience working within a GMP environment.
