Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our properties. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in real estate administration and property management to further develop their skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, dues collection, and maintenance coordination
- Handle administrative tasks
- Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new business
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance work
- Assist with financial management tasks such as budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities using property management software
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of association management
- Familiarity with property management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations professionally
- Basic understanding of property maintenance concepts and ability to coordinate repairs
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., OneSite)
