The right person will be working hand in hand with the management team, and our guests booking the most memorable celebrations that will last a lifetime.

Some of the responsibilities include

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Build new client relationships and retain existing relationships with customers through leads, referrals, cold calling, and networking events.
• Plan events including but not limited to company parties, corporate holiday parties, team building outings, adult or youth parties and other events.
• Assist with guests’ specific needs; including but not limited to budgeting, establishing dates and alternate dates, and event details.
• Book and coordinate social and corporate events
• Complete proposals, contracts and BEOs with clients
• Some events may involve developing event design, coordinating food and beverage menus, the look of the room and the set-up, tear down logistics.
• Record biweekly commission
• Review monthly sales goal
• Communicate event details with management team including but not limited to event timing, food and beverage orders, headcounts, and set-up logistics.
• Perform other duties as assigned
