Pintail Solutions is currently looking for individuals to assist in an exciting opportunity within the manufacturing and supply of medical radioisotopes. The product development program manager will make significant contributions toward the development, manufacturing and supply of innovative radioisotope products. The ideal candidate would be located in or near Lansing, MI. Remote capabilities may be considered.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage complex design and development projects on novel products.
• Establish design goals and specifications based on requirements and user needs.
• Transform clinical observations into new product concepts or approaches.
• Assist in bringing solutions to market by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• In conjunction with product management leadership, has responsibility to manage the new product development process.
• Develop and set goals and milestones to ensure overall program success.
• Effectively communicate expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion, continuously manage objectives and hold project team members accountable for delivery.

Prepare and present leadership reviews to effectively communicate project issues, risks, and timing of the product.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

• 5 years experience in clinical product development.
• 5 years experience leading and executing on programs/projects and the delivery of products in engineering/R&D teams.
• Successful completion of a product development project from concept to launch. Experience in understanding design controls and deliverables.
• Experience working with any of the following special processes: cryogenics, superconducting materials, chemical processing, radioactive materials, vacuum pumps, or clean room operations.
• Ability to understand and apply applicable FDA regulations and company operating procedures, processes and policies.
