Compensation:

Salary Commission = $35,000-$40,000 [Base Pay is $2,000 per month & commission is 1% of company revenue. THIS IS A 1099 ROLE. ***This is an in-office position/Monday-Friday 9am-6pm***

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage the company’s real estate transactions by acting as a liaison between the company and sellers, buyers, tenants, lenders, escrow company, and other parties involved in the transaction.

· Market the company’s properties through the MLS, internal buyer’s lists, direct outreach, etc.

· Answer incoming phone calls and assist in selling properties.

· Ensure that all necessary documents are completed accurately and submitted on time. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A REQUIREMENT.

· Solution oriented thinker, fast-paced, high-stress.

· Collect and organize paperwork, including contracts, addendums, and disclosures.

· Schedule and coordinate property walkthroughs, inspections, and appraisals.

· Keep all parties informed about the progress of the transaction and any necessary steps that need to be taken.
