Job Description Summary:
Information Systems (IS) Analyst plays a vital role in our organization by analyzing, implementing, and providing steadfast support for information systems and technology solutions. These efforts are crucial to meet the dynamic demands of our healthcare services. This professional's expertise ensures the efficient utilization of technology resources, enabling the seamless operation of our information systems. The IS Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and supporting information.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Prioritization and Organizational Skills:
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, efficiently prioritizing and completing all responsibilities within the IS Department according to established Standard Operating Procedures.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Utilizes various methods to collect and communicate data to other departments within the organization, as required on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Data Security:
- Safeguards the confidentiality of employee, patient, and organizational information through effective controls and direct supervision of systems and tasks.
Information System Management:
- Enters, updates, resets, or retrieves employee data using various information systems as needed.
- Supports and maintains Payer Portals.
- Manages IS Help Desk tickets.
- Assists KanTIme (EHR) users with tasks such as password resets, profile setup, reports, and system functionality.
Problem-Solving and Training:
- Exhibits a high level of patience, a pleasant demeanor, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Possesses the ability to educate others on the effective use of various systems.
Multitasking and Adaptability:
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask effectively, adapting to daily fluctuations and volume surges.
- Collaborates across teams to support the IT Department with special projects.

- Keeps up to date with evolving technologies by attending meetings, webinars, and ongoing educational opportunities.

Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience with EHRs.
- 1-year Home Health HER preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication.
- Able to deal professionally with company staff, vendor partners, patients, etc.
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems or environments efficiently and accurately.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel Skills preferred; Basic Excel Skills required.
