We are seeking to expand our commercial division and are looking for an experienced commercial estimator. Position will pay a base salary plus a very substantial commission. We have the product accounts and infrastructure in place to support rapid growth which will lead to a lucrative endeavor on all sides. We not only supply window treatments but many other goods as well which is attractive to many general contractors.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Quantify the components of a project by utilizing available take off tools (BlueBeam/vu360, AutoCAD/Carlson)
• Visit the project site to understand site conditions, attend Pre-bid Meetings
• Ability to read project plans and specifications and interpret project scope of work
• Coordinate with suppliers to receive goods in a timely manner, best pricing
• Ability to communicate with General Contractors to understand their needs and specific scope
• Work with team to schedule installations, staff appropriately

Qualifications:

• Excellent communicator
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Strong customer relationship building skills
• Minimum 3 years experience as an estimator
