- Ability to articulate a persuasive point of view clearly and concisely, both written and verbal, seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Manager, Communications Planning to join our team.
- As the Manager, Communications Planning, you will be responsible for developing communication plans across earned, owned, and paid channels that effectively communicate a message to a specific audience.
- Planning may involve identifying communications tasks across the journey, understanding the target audience and cultural landscape, identifying the appropriate channels and tactics within a campaign based how creative and media best come together, and measuring its effectiveness.
- A successful candidate will be a subject matter expert, can inspire new ways of thinking within large organizations, collaborate cross-functionally and understand how to identify opportunities at both a big picture and tactical level.
- Possibility of FT Conversion
- Media/ Advertising agency background
- Bringing together media and creative on advertising campaign to drive effectiveness in market
- Collaborate with internal teams to build comms. plan and help stand it up / sell it
- Importance of customer/ audience – true understanding of customer journey – decide messaging
- Agency management
- Build PowerPoint presentations
- Be able to look at big picture
- 5-7 yrs. exp. ideally (media or creative exp.)
- Brand and performance marketing
- Communications Planner – Title (connection planner) media strategy
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
