Job Responsibilities
Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, such as taking vital signs and performing basic medical procedures.
Manage timelines and deadlines of each of your assigned patients including receiving patient consents, medical lien or LOP, and all available medical records.
Effectively manage a caseload.
Take ownership of patient files for review and communication with referring accounts.
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
Draw up injections (Sterile Technique)
Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries.
Translate for patients as needed.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
Answer calls
General offices duties, or other duties indicated by Practice Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
Case management/Care Coordination
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
