We are looking for a Full-time Speech Therapist (SLP) for a position in home health care with adults and geriatrics. This position offers a lot of flexibility, as the speech therapist schedules directly with their own patients, therefore you get to decide when you start and end your day to a large degree, and you can schedule your patients around your own life appointments and events. This Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is in the Home Health setting doing homecare visits with adult and geriatric patients. No Home care experience required; however, the Speech Therapist must have their CCC and have at least some experience treating adult patients. The Speech Therapist must have a Kansas and Missouri license.This Speech Language Pathology position is with a homecare company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. HOME HEALTH SLP JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Speech Language Pathologist must have their CCC. The Speech Language Pathologist must also have at least one year of experience working with adults or geriatrics (even if it was their CFY year). The Speech Therapist must have a Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology. The Speech Language Therapist must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist SLP in the state of Kansas and Missouri. The SLP MUST either be a US Citizen or have your green card. We will accept Speech Language Pathologists with a year of experience with adults or geriatrics (a year of licensed experience) in any of the following settings: skilled nursing facility SNF, rehab center, healthcare center, outpatient, Emergency Room, Emergency Department, assisted living facility ALF, homecare / home health, adult daycare center, or hospital.
