We are looking for a Full-time Speech Therapist (SLP) for a position in home health care with adults and geriatrics. This position offers a lot of flexibility, as the speech therapist schedules directly with their own patients, therefore you get to decide when you start and end your day to a large degree, and you can schedule your patients around your own life appointments and events. This Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is in the Home Health setting doing homecare visits with adult and geriatric patients. No Home care experience required; however, the Speech Therapist must have their CCC and have at least 1 year of treating experience. This Speech Language Pathology position is with a homecare company that has been in business many years, therefore it has stability and longevity. HOME HEALTH SLP JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Speech Language Pathologist must have their CCC. The Speech Language Pathologist must also have at least one year of treating experience (even if it was their CFY year). The Speech Therapist must have a Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology. The Speech Language Therapist must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist SLP in the state. The SLP MUST either be a US Citizen or have your green card. We will accept Speech Language Pathologists with a year of experience in any of the following settings: skilled nursing facility SNF, rehab center, healthcare center, outpatient, Emergency Room, Emergency Department, assisted living facility ALF, homecare / home health, adult daycare center, or hospital.

2. What times and days could you do an in-person interview?

3. This is not shift work, but is seeing multiple patients a day in their homes or senior living facilities. You will be driving from patient home to patient home & most patients will be close together but sometimes you may have to drive 20-40 minutes to reach a patient's home, therefore; about half your day will be spent driving. Traveling is part of your salary plus you will get additional pay for mileage or a company car to use, but I want to make sure that you are fine with traveling as that is an integral part of home health?
