Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote Pinnacle's full range of services, including cosmetic surgery, med-spa treatments, dermatology services and skincare products.
• Craft engaging content for a variety of platforms, including social media, our websites, and email campaigns, to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to produce high-quality marketing materials that reflect Pinnacle's brand and values.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns, from initial concept to completion, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and engage our target audience effectively.
• Manage Pinnacle's online presence, overseeing our social media accounts and website content to ensure they are up-to-date, relevant, and engaging.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our client outreach.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies and optimize return on investment.
• Represent Pinnacle at industry events, conferences, and community gatherings, expanding our network and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in the aesthetics industry and marketing best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve our outreach efforts.

• Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear messaging for diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus, demonstrating a passion for beauty and wellness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
