Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Nutritionist to join our team. We're a young, dynamic, growing sales organization based in downtown Austin, providing outbound phone sales for leading health supplement brands. As a Nutritionist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on nutrition, dietary, and supplemental needs to our clients. We're seeking professionals that love to talk to people, that love helping others and are passionate about health, wellness and supplementation. Your role will involve conducting diagnostic evaluations, assessing patient needs, and developing personalized supplement plans. You will work directly with existing customers, creating relationships and building a client book of business that you can grow and maintain going forward. Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine nutritional and supplemental needs and goals
• Responsible for calling existing clients to build a relationship and identify needs beyond their initial order.
• Maintain client relationships in order to build a "book"of clients that will do business with you moving forward.
• Develop individualized supplemental plans based on clients requirements and dietary restrictions
• Educate clients on proper nutrition and supplementation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and dietetics
• Provide health coaching to motivate and support patients in achieving their nutritional and supplementation goals

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or certification in Nutrition
• Proven experience as a Nutritionist or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of human physiology, nutritional principles, and health supplements
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Disciplined self starter with the drive to work on your own without being micromanaged.
• Familiar working with CRM systems, and multitasking on various platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.29 - $100.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Registered Dietitian (Preferred)
• Certified Nutrition Specialist (Required)
