**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to patients of all ages in various healthcare settings. **Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan - Conduct physical examinations and interpret medical history - Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses - Prescribe medications and treatments - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans - Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention - Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and minor surgical interventions **Qualifications:** - Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program - Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification - State licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner - Experience in home care, hospital, emergency room (ER), memory care, and psychopharmacology - Proficiency in airway management, medication administration, and Cerner electronic health records system - Ability to lift and move patients when necessary Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of patients.
