```Overview: We are an IT Services Company (MSP) seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team on an as-needed basis. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND BE WILLING TO TRAVEL UP TO 100 MILES. DRIVE TIME INCLUDED IN PAY. Duties: - Assist our remote staff with any on-site support needs, including hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting - Maintain and administer network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and wireless access points - Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory - Assist with network administration tasks, such as monitoring network performance and security - Respond to help desk team and provide timely resolution of technical issues that require onsite work - Install, configure, and support various software applications, including Microsoft Office suite - Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement IT projects - Strong knowledge of desktop support principles and practices - Experience with Watchguard and Unifi networking equipment - Proficiency in Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server) - Familiarity with Active Directory administration - Understanding of network administration concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role - Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a motivated IT professional with a passion for technology and a desire to provide exceptional support to end-users, we encourage you to apply.
