Role Summary:
As an LPN at Pinnacle Home Care, you will provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role involves performing selected skilled actions in curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative care, ensuring decisions made reflect your nursing experience and educational background.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision.
  • Engage in curative, rehabilitative, palliative, and preventative care.
  • Utilize your nursing experience and education to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:
  • Current State LPN or LVN License.
  • Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
  • Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience; community/home health or medical/surgical experience preferred.
  • Valid BLS certification.
  • Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
