Role Summary:As an LPN at Pinnacle Home Care, you will provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role involves performing selected skilled actions in curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative care, ensuring decisions made reflect your nursing experience and educational background.
- Deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision.
- Engage in curative, rehabilitative, palliative, and preventative care.
- Utilize your nursing experience and education to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Current State LPN or LVN License.
- Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience; community/home health or medical/surgical experience preferred.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
