Pinnacle Home Care, LLC is growing and we are looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator. This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday. This position requires extreme attention to detail, ability to communicate and work effectively as team, organization and time management skills.

Qualifications:

• Prior scheduling experience a must. A minimum of 2 years work experience in a home care capacity preferred.
• Computer skills including MS Office Suite as well as the ability to learn the scheduling program, Healthwyse & Parallels
• Basic medical terminology
• Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job
• Ability to carry out directions as instructed

Responsibilities:

• Understand and adheres to Pinnacle Home Care policies and procedures
• Create and maintain schedules for home care staff (RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP)
• Arrange or organize schedules based off patients’ insurance and certification period.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must possess good coordination and analytical abilities
• Must be someone that has a keen eye for details so as to be able to avoid and/or rectify conflicting schedules
• Must attend team and staff meetings as required
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to manage time and schedules effectively is very important
• Show respect for patients/clients by maintaining confidentiality

This position is Monday through Friday in our office in Warwick, RI. Pinnacles staff is required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
