* Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timeley manner

* Initial point of contact for calls from clients, caregivers, or employees

* Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

* Route incoming calls to applicable service representative to review and address

* experience with data input, scheduling, document upload, and confirmation or rejection communication
