They perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative, or preventative nursing care. They are responsible and accountable for making decisions that are based on the individuals nursing experience and educational preparation.QUALIFICATIONSCurrent State LPN or LVN LicenseGraduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.Has one (1) year of nursing experience.
